Brief history of the department of occupational therapy, San Jose State University, San Jose, California edited by Joyce M. Ward fall 1985.

The project conducted 8 interviews with faculty members of the department of educational therapy, Susan B. Richards, Mary Booth provided by June V. McCann, Eleanor Mann, Anne Murany, Guinevere (Gwen) Right, Doris Cutting, Joyce M. Ward and Helen S. Ross. The interviews were done between 1983 and 1985. The interviewees talk about the start of the Occupational Therapy department, the student demographics at the time and the department's accreditation in 1944. The interviewees also talk about the home-bound program and how students received clinical experience working with patients outside the college and how the department was the first one to use Television and video taping in the classroom.
